Willard Edward 'Willie' Wright 61 of Glasgow died Friday December 11, 2015 at his residence. He was born in Louisville, KY the son of the late William Wright and Anna Frances Martin Wright. Willie was a truck driver for over 30 years; he drove for Walbert and several other trucking companies in that time. He also served as minister of the Eagle Nest Non-denominational Church in Glasgow, KY and loved to travel and sing with his Eagle Nest brothers.\n\nSurvivors include his wife of 44 years, Patty Burton Wright of Glasgow; 2 daughters Rebecca Patrick (Andrew) and Charity Wright (Michael) both of Edmonton; 1 son Daniel Burton of Glasgow. 8 grandchildren Isaac Conrad, Branna Reagan, Kennedy Kincaid, Kenna Kincaid, Samara Patrick, Shayla Patrick, Jonathan Wright & Montana Wright; 2 great grandchildren Jeremiah Conrad & Jhasiah Reagan. 3 sisters Norma Jean Patrick (James) of Glasgow, Clara May Harper of Clarksville, IN & Wanda Ann Thompson of Clarksville, IN; 1 brother Richard Lee Wright (Brenda) of Glasgow. Several nieces & nephews also survive. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sister Linda Sue Noble.\n\nFuneral services will be 1:00pm Tuesday December 15, 2015 at the A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Deweese Cemetery (Slick Rock). Visitation will be after 3:00pm Monday at the funeral home.
