Jerry Wayne 'Wishbone' Smith 54 of Bonayr, KY died Wednesday afternoon November 10, 2004 at his home after an illness. He was born in Macon County, Tennessee, the son of the late George and Della Likens Smith. Mr. Smith was an employee of R. R. Donnelley and Sons for 34 years and was a member of the East Main St. Church of Christ were he served as Elder, Treasurer, Song leader and Bible study teacher. \n \nHe is survived by his wife Maxine Emerson Smith; two daughters Traci Beauchamp and husband Robert Scott Beauchamp and Kelly Kinslow and husband Kyron Kinslow all of Glasgow; four grandchildren Kyle and Kinley Kinslow and Nicole and Andrew Beauchamp; and seven brothers and sisters, George Smith, Jr. of Indiana, Jackie Smith, Lillian Hoskins, Thomas Smith and Louise Jones all of Tennessee, Virginia Wix of Rineyville, KY and Thelma Groce of Glasgow, KY.\n \nFuneral services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday November 12, 2004 at the A. F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home. Alternate expressions of sympathy may take the form of memorial contributions to the Jerry Wayne Smith Benefit Fund, C/O Edmonton State Bank (ESB).
