Clara Lucille (Howder)Seals Obituary (1936 - 2015)

Clara L. Seals, 79, of Vincennes, passed away September 10, 2015. Clara enjoyed playing cards and all of her great grandkids. She was the matriarch of the family and loved her family deeply. Born March 29, 1936, she was the daughter of Raymond and Hattie (Bouchie) Howder. Her parents, nine brothers; five sisters; her daughter Bambi L. Seals; her son Charles E. Seals, Jr.; and her husband Charles E. Seals, Sr., whom she married October 10, 1953, all preceded her in death. Surviving are her grandchildren, Samantha L. Neighbors and her husband Eric, Coty T. Seals and his wife Kelly, Chelsea Seals, Tyler Seals, Matthew Seals, and twenty-two great grandchildren. Funeral services for Clara will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, September 14, 2015 at Goodwin Funeral Home, 524 Broadway with Pastor Jay Howder officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may visit with Claras family on Monday from 10:00 am until the hour of service time of 11:00 am at the funeral home.
